we’ve been to juliette a number of times and have always had a very pleasant experience. what’s not to like when you feel like you’ve touched down in paris for an hour or so to enjoy a nice meal? we’ve hosted friends for lunch at juliette, we’ve enjoyed dinner on the roof deck and even had about a dozen friends join us for a new year’s eve dinner there a couple years ago. most importantly, all were delicious.
our most recent meal was on a lazy sunday afternoon. the weather had been less than great and at around 4pm, we decided to venture out of the apartment. i was feeling like mussels and jack just wanted a good burger. all roads led to juliette. this being a french brasserie, you’d expect good mussels and frites (which they were). they were meaty, tender and drenched in a garlic white wine sauce. jack’s burger was especially good as well. it was piled high full of bacon and they even had american cheese, his favorite. we had our choice of sparkling cocktails, to which we each selected a glass of blanc de blancs. it was crisp, refreshing and made our meal feel just a little more like a celebration.
drop in for a cocktail or to enjoy dinner on the roof. the summertime may get a little hectic but just order a bottle of wine, sit back, relax and enjoy the vibe~
