DAN’S LONGEVITY DAL PALAK 

INGREDIENTS
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1” ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 cup lentils
3 cups water
2-1/2 cups spinach, chopped
1/2 cup almond milk

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a lined slow cooker and set too HIGH for 3 hours. Add chopped spinach in the last hour and finish with almond milk prior to serving.
