Chocolate banana almond flour muffins

INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Monkfruit sweetener
1/2 cup Justins Almond butter
1 tbsp Vnlla (pure vanilla extract)
2 Bananas, mashed
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond flour
1/3 cup Nativas Cacao powder
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup HU Chocolate gems
Avocado oil spray

EQUIPMENT
Muffin tin or loaf pan
Muffin liners

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs, monkfruit sweetener, almond butter, and vanilla until well mixed. Add bananas.

Mix in almond flour, cacao powder, and baking powder. Fold chocolate chips into the batter. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin and fill each one with the batter until nearly full.

Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top then bake in the oven for about 20 mins. Check to make sure that the muffins are done by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, muffins are done.
